Mu Technologies
End User License Agreement
(EULA)
  1. General. This software is licensed, not sold, to you by "Mu Technologies" and can only be used under the terms in this agreement. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable. "Mu Technologies" remains the sole owner and copyright holder of the software and its documentation.
  2. Permitted License Uses. The purchase of this software allows you to use a single copy on a single machine, authorized exclusively by the iLok smart key.
  3. Restrictions (1). You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the "Mu Technologies" software or any part thereof. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of "Mu Technologies". If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution.
  4. Restrictions (2). You may not rent, lease, lend or sublicense the "Mu Technologies" Software. You may, however, make a one-time permanent transfer of all of your license rights to another party in connection with the transfer of ownership. This takes place by transferring the iLok smart key license to the account of the new owner.
  5. Restrictions (3). Your right to copy the software and the user manual is limited by copyright law. Making copies, verbal or media translations, adaptations, derivative works, or telecommunication data transmission of the software without prior written approval of "Mu Technologies", is prohibited by law. In other words, you cannot make the software available on a website for download.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties. "MU TECHNOLOGIES" DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH ALL ITS FAULTS. WHEN THE USER USES THE SOFTWARE, HE AGREES THAT THE ENTIRE RISK IS WITH HIM. "MU TECHNOLOGIES" SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE WHEN QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS NOT SATISFACTORY. "MU TECHNOLOGIES" DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE IS UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE AND THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
  7. Controlling Law. This License will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Belgian law.
